Return Policy

At David & Laura Vancouver, we are committed to keeping our customers satisfied. However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Below is our clear and straightforward return policy to ensure a smooth and transparent return process.


Conditions for Returns

  • Returns can only be requested after the product has been physically received.

  • Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not permitted.

  • Ordering products in multiple sizes with the intent to return part of the order is not allowed.


Return Process

  1. Notify us of your intent to return an item by emailing us at info@davidlauravancouver.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

  2. You will receive the return address for our supplier (located in China).

  3. You must return the item at your own cost, including any customs fees or shipping charges.

  4. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your product.


Refunds

Once we receive the returned item at the return address and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item within 14 days via the original payment method.


Liability

  • David & Laura Vancouver is not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If a wrong address is provided, the customer will be fully responsible for the error and any resulting issues.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order to ensure corrections can be made.
